Athletes are turning to the paleo diet.

Fat is converted to fatty acids and ketone bodies for fuel—hence the name. Please check out the book links on the left, these will provide excellent paleo choices for low carb high fat moderate diets. The book is based on her work with insulin-resistant patients with Type II diabetes.

The book is set up so that users can easily find the type of food they like. Food is beautiful to eat and it has restored my love of cooking.
