Food is something that fuels your lifestyle. Food is important, but it sure isn’t a panacea. People were not overweight during those times, and there was not as much disease. People are talking about the use of GMOs on prime time television . Foods are available, but only for just so many people.

Weight will continue to drop off, just stay the course. Grains are cheap crap used to fatten up cows and the fatten us up as well.. Grains are known to contain gluten and lectin which both irritate the human body. Grains may be “edible” but so are poisonous mushrooms. Blood is pathogenic to our health.

Those could shoot your blood sugar up to the moon. First was very daunting, though.
