Paleo Nutrition Seminars

Unfortunately these guidelines are very basic. Paleo nutrition takes it a bit further. On Sunday, January 9th, I attended the Practical Paleo Nutrition Seminar at Crossfit King of Prussia , presented by Diane Sanfilippo of Balanced Bites .  This show gave a longwinded overview of he Paleo diet versus the standard American diet (as if there is such a fucking thing). It proided a lot of the science behind both diets without getting too pedantic.
Remember this type of isn’t paleo, its in support of paleo nutrition, ONLY at the period surrounding your WODs to enable you to achieve the level of performance you want. Modern Paleo Principles outlines the basic principles of paleo nutrition, fitness, and health.
There are some vegetables that are a rich source of calcium and once yu eat it, preserves it into the bones as net alkalinity. Maintaining a healthy and nutritious diet is a crucial part in any Paleo Nutrition program.
