Promoting Paleo Nutrition

There are numerous books out there promoting paleo right now, and as long as you try to better yourself you will be better off.
As many of you know, the current “en vogue” term for eating lean meats, vegetables, and healthy fats is “paleo nutrition. When you are tempted to have a snack, the clothing will be there to remind you how badly you want to wear it once you reach your Paleo Nutrition goal. Eating paleo and doing endurance events simultaneously seemed  impossible Fortunately, it doesn’t have to be that complex, it has been proven that paleo diets for an endurance event can be easier than conventional nutrition.Obviously I am not a PhD nutritionist, nor can I give a full nutrition lecture series within one short blog post – there are entire books on the subject that only scratch the surface of science-based Paleo nutrition (my favorite one being the book on the left hand side of the frame).
