The Beginners Guide to Paleo Dieting

The Paleo Diet is an effort to eat like we used to back in the day …WAY back in the day. There are also Paleo Diet purists, who are dogmatic about their diet, tend to criticize the more lenient versions of the diet, arguing about what foods were or weren’t available, nutrient content and caloric ratios. I’m a fan of the Paleo Diet because it makes logical sense to me. The thing about the Paleo Diet is that it sounds sophisticated, so we have created a book (on the left) that simplifies things. Just remember, the Paleo Diet is free of processed foods, trans fats, additives and preservaties.
