The Paleo Diet : What you need to know

The Paleo diet aka the Stone Age diet, the hunter-gatherer diet or the caveman diet is all the rage today. It differes in that some diet plans encourage fasting, eating raw shit, and eliminating waste with the use of diuretics. The Paleo Diet foods allow you have have lots of protein and many athletes and body builders have adopted this means of eating. Interestingly, the diet forbids the eating of nightshade vegetables such as tomatoes and eggplant.
