Mark Sisson and the Paleo Diet

Mark sisson is the one person who made me discover the Paleo diet . Mark sisson is not a weight loss or diet professional, not does he have a medical degree. Mark sisson was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan in 1957. Mark sisson has become a very popular paleo promoter and I like a lot of what he has to say. Mark sisson was very engaging and had a wealth of info.

Primal blueprint is a book by Mark Sisson. Book is a must read for those interested in proper posture and movement. Paleo is great because it is an open-source internet movement. People are telling me Paleo is not what works. People can’t believe he’s in his 40s.

People will believe what they want to if it fits their mindset. People are omnivores, made to adapt to whatever food sources their large brains can find. That’s our evolutionary niche. Diet is not to blame for scrawniness, the individual’s choices within a said diet is. Diet is such a personal thing.

Diet is actually carb neutral and allows foods such as sweet potatoes and summer squash. Carbs are ok in the form of sweet potatoes, potatoes and yams AFTER a workout to replenish what is lost. Carbs are key, as always, especially when you?ve got weight to lose. Carbs are important b/c they are the preferred fuel for the human body.

Cholesterol is one of the most important molecules in the body. Those are simply code words for “low body fat percentage on top of useful muscle”. Body can easily make what it needs. Body is also a challenge for me. Health is far more important than a particular number or clothing size.

Work can be defined as sets, repetitions or number of exercises. Social is tough one for me since I work from home. People are waking up and realizing something is very wrong. People are drawn to others that smile. People are used to seeing me drinking with charcoal tablets now so the extra biohacking stuff will seem pretty normal.

People couldn’t have smelled very good back then anyway….it’s not like a shower was a priority for survival or anything. People may not stop at your booth but they will remember your brand as they walked past you. People were calling in and spilling all this personal business that facebook was responsible for. Here are some of the photos people have sent me that raise suspicion. Paleo is MY choice, it is not my husband’s.

Fat is a great source of energy. Food will elevate blood sugar levels after you eat no matter what — this is normal and and unavoidable. Food is fuel, and it helps us fight disease. Meat is food, plants are medicine, food is fuel, and movement is pleasure.

Food is amazing and I’m feeling better by the day.
